About Us

flodström wallpaper is a Toronto - based company under the multidisciplinary design studio, flodström interiors. Founded by Shanna Flodstrom in 2021, flodström wallpaper was born in response to an undeniable demand within the interior design community for unique, bespoke wallpaper. All designs are illustrated in the flodström studio and showroom on Dundas Street West in Toronto and manufactured at a small batch printer in Montreal, QC.

What is the difference between paper options?

The main differences are thickness and durability. The 165gsm is our best seller. It is slightly lighter weight and is good for most residential rooms (including bathrooms). The 223 gsm is a heavier weight and is more commonly recommended for high traffic areas in a residence (mud room, for example), or any commercial space where extra durability is required like a restaurant or a hotel.
